Beach Cities Health District (BCHD) is providing this Notice of Availability (NOA) in accordance with Government Code Section 54220 et seq., also known as the California Surplus Land Act. BCHD intends to sell the surplus property identified in the posted notice and accompanying materials.
Parties eligible under the Surplus Land Act, including qualified housing sponsors, local public agencies, and other interested entities, are invited to review the notice and submit written notification of their interest in acquiring the property.
If your agency or organization wishes to be considered, please submit a written notice of interest as instructed in the attached NOA within sixty (60) days from the date the notice was issued.
