allcove Beach Cities Code of Conduct 

allcove Beach Cities is committed to maintaining a culture of respect and inclusivity for visitors and staff. We embrace and celebrate the unique experiences, perspectives and cultural backgrounds that each individual brings to allcove. As such, we require our visitors and staff to always conduct themselves in a courteous and respectful manner while utilizing our facility. Engaging in behavior that is threatening, disruptive, violent or harassing in nature or making profane or verbally abusive comments will not be tolerated and is cause for immediate dismissal. allcove visitors must refrain from any public displays of affection or behaviors that are sexual in nature. allcove is a drug and alcohol-free facility; any visitors who are suspected to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will be removed from the facility immediately. 

Visitors who have experienced conduct that they believe violates this policy should bring their complaints to the attention of the front desk staff. If a visitor is dissatisfied with an allcove staff member’s response, they should request to speak with the allcove Manager on Duty. Any violations of the allcove Code of Conduct could result in the loss of allcove privileges.
